WHY DO I NEED A PERSONAL TRAINER?
Some people are happy to follow their own programme in their own time and place; for those who lack the time, motivation or energy to train effectively on their own, a PT can be the answer. I started my fitness journey with a Personal Trainer so I know how important it is to have someone assist you in starting your fitness journey to understand correct technique, and the best exercises to achieve your goals.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR PERSONAL TRAINER?
I am a women's only PT. I want to focus all my time helping women improve their lives. Woman to woman I will be able to tailor your workouts to your individual needs. The studio I use is completely private, which means you will not have to train in a busy gym or wait for equipment. The first session with me is always free, so you are under no obligation to continue sessions if you do not 100% love it!
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
No. As your personal trainer, I can advise on calorie intake, what to eat before and after your workouts, and create a meal plan for you based on your individual fitness goals.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I SEE THE RESULTS OF MY TRAINING?
Expect to feel the results of your training sooner than you see them. People who start a new exercise program and are consistent in getting their workouts done, typically report improvements in sleep, mood, and energy levels within 2-3 weeks. Changes in body composition often take longer to notice, but are always 100% worth the wait! The more consistent you are with your training, the sooner the results will become noticeable. Consistency is key!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY SESSIONS?
Anything you feel comfortable and confident in, as long as it is safe and does not restrict freedom of movement. Always wear trainers and tie up long hair. There are lockers in the studio to safely store your belongings while you train.
